RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, lash products cannot be reused upon return. Because of this, all purchases remain non-refundable regardless of whether the package has been opened, delivered, or still in transit.

Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Once your order arrives, we ask that you inspect it immediately. If you receive a damaged item, defective product, or the wrong order, please contact us right away at itsdrmink@gmail.com so we can review the issue and assist further.
